ReAssembly, hosted by Regeneration.VC during the United Nations General Assembly and Climate Week NYC, is a convergence of ideation, innovation and investment – 2 days of thought-provoking discussion, keynote talks featuring world-class speakers, workshops and live entertainment.
We were brought on board to create the brand identity, partnership materials, motion graphics, and asset production.
In collaboration with Andrew Suggit of STUDIO HENKA, we developed a vibrant and contemporary visual identity that enabled ReAssembly to cut through a packed Climate Week NYC program and become a must-attend event for leaders from finance, business, policy, non-profits, and academia.
Inspired by the call-to-arms of "Where solutionists meet to put the pieces back together" the visual identity symbolises the power of collaboration in creating solutions that make a better future possible, within an ever-changing landscape.
The brand system is built around a dynamic logomark composed of an eclectic mix of characters, with each character embodying the key themes of the event: biodiversity, circularity and climate.
When assembled the characters form a unified wordmark, representing the harmony of these concepts, but when separated they lose meaning – becoming isolated pieces, each in search of its place in the larger picture.
The flexible brand system enabled us to create a wide range of assets, with each being both contextually optimised to increase engagement while maintaining cohesion with the core visual identity.
ReAssembly 2024 featured leading industry figures including William McDonough (Godfather of the Circular Economy), Ivonne Bojoh (CEO of Circle Economy Foundation), Mia Amor Mottley (Prime Minister of Barbados) alongside cultural icons including Rainn Wilson (The Office & Climate Basecamp), Andy Dunn (NY Times Bestseller) and Wesley Schultz (The Lumineers), was attended by over 800 world-leading guests and even mentioned by Leonardo DiCaprio and The Hollywood Reporter.
